What would you do if a deceased loved one came back to let you know they were ok? Would it bring comfort or fear?

“This past March, my father – in – law died, and for four days after his death, he was in my dreams, let me know he was no longer in pain. I have yet to tell my husband this, seeing as he is a huge skeptic. Since finding out I am an empath, my family and I visited a botanical garden in the area; Everything was going good until we got to one part, and I felt my chest get heavy and had a feeling of e need to get out of this spot now. One of my daughters was looking at me with concern, and my husband was looking at me like what is wrong with you. As soon as we left that area, I felt fine. I still have no idea what it was and tried to look it up and found nothing on it with a google search.”
