Can People See Ghosts?

Can people see ghosts? I often find myself contemplating the depth of this question. It’s not so much a question of if people can see ghosts, its more an examination of who can see ghosts? I don’t believe that everyone can see ghosts, but I do believe that some can. Some people seem to have an ability to see the dead, hear the dead or at the very least sense their presence.

How does one have the ability to see ghosts? The answer to this I believe lies in genetics. I don’t believe this is a learned ability. It seems to be a natural ability passed down from generation to generation.
