Haunted New England Ghost Stories

Haunted New England ghost stories run far and deep. Its one of the oldest parts of the United States and has seen countless brushes with the best and worst of humanty. Today we hear a real ghost story from one of the most haunted places in America.
They write: “Before my parents finally divorced, my mom had a pull-out trundle in the spare room, that I would sometimes sleep on, if I had a nightmare or it was cooler. I was laying down on the bottom half of the trundle, getting ready to sleep, when in the closet, I heard a circus/music box type tune, playing in the empty closet. The tune would play for around 2 seconds then would take a 3-second rest, as if a music box was being cranked. I was paralyzed in fear until I had to courage to wake up my mom. I tried as hard as I could to wake her up, even getting up & shaking her at one point, but she wouldn’t wake up. That’s where I drew the line and got up quickly & turned on the light & bolted straight back into my room.”
