What happens when a figure appears at the end of a child’s bed late one night?

“During this time, my family and I were living with a family friend and their family. I was taking a nap in one of the spare bedrooms, but I was in and out of consciousness and, for some reason having a hard time sleeping. So, I opened my eyes, and when I did, I saw one of my parent’s old friends with who we had lost contact. She was sitting at the edge of the bed with her back facing me, but she was twisted to where she was turning around and looking meat. She had a serious look on her face, and she said something, but no noise came out. As soon as I blinked, she was gone.”
