Feeling of Fear

What caused a young girl to have an overwhelming feeling of fear while she sat in her kitchen?

“My room was directly on the other side of the kitchen, it started off small, I would hear doors opening and closing, I would ignore it does not think much of it. Suddenly I started feel fear, just out of nowhere for no reason as I would be sitting and watching TV, and sense of fear would overtake me. I would shake it off and pray. One night I had a horrible nightmare – In my dream I was visiting my aunt that had passed serval years earlier, I could see her calling me over to her telling me to go over to her, she needed to tell me something. I kept refusing to say, no she has already passed, this cannot be real. I knew my aunt was no longer alive and this had to be a dream- I kept trying to wake myself up. In my dream I was completely overcome with fear. She kept saying to me, you need to leave, leave now. I had no clue what she was talking about.”
